Horror movies have a tendency of being so cliche and corny that it’s hard for me to even force myself to watch it.
This movie had its own share of horror movie tropes, but what made me want to watch it is the fact that Erik Matti was directing — and he sure didn’t disappoint. The cinematography and acting were on point and the story was pretty cool. Basically, it wasn’t a blatantly commercial film made for the masses like the past few year’s entries.
All things considered, not half-bad.
